Major Activities

· Counseling of final year students regarding job opportunities and importance of campus selection process

· Collection of data of students wiling for job.

· To invite industries for campus selection process

· To train students regarding preparation of interviews, online test etc. through expert talks and mock test.

· To conduct the selection process for the company such as online test, interviews(offline or online)

· To assist the selected students to complete their onboarding formalities

· To assist the Departments in conducting inplant training for second year students.

· Counseling of newly admitted first year students, during induction program, about functions and importance of T & P cell in the Institute.

· To provide all the necessary data/information to higher office time to time (MSBTE/DTE/RO/RBTE/AICTE) regarding T & P Cell.

· To prepare data required for TNA (Training Need Analysis) and provide assistance to Faculty for undergoing training arranged by DTE/MSBTE.

· To maintain liaison with TPO’s of nearby Institutes for arranging pool campus.
